Shipping & Returns
Upon receiving the products, please DO NOT write on the product forms or packaging, fill out the warranty card, or damage the box or product in any way until you know that your product works and that you want to keep it.
Our 30 day money-back guarantee means as much to us as it does to you. Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. However, if you need to return an item within 30 days, the product must be sent back in ORIGINAL "LIKE NEW" CONDITION packaged in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX, or you will be charged a restocking fee. Returning items in original condition will help keep future costs lower for our customers.
Merchandise must be returned to AudioPac Communications Company within fourteen (14) days after an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued. Items that are received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange, they will be eligible for repair only.
Please repack the product carefully and in original condition. Include any instruction manuals, warranty card, etc. Wrap the box in brown paper so the original box is unaltered. Send the merchandise, packing slip and completed returns form prepaid and insured to the Return Department address in the RMA instruction.
AudioPac Communications Company must receive merchandise within fourteen (14) days after an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is issued. Items received after fourteen (14) days from the date an RMA number is issued will not be eligible for credit or exchange, they will be eligible for repair only.
Returns will NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. In the event that 30 days have passed from the date of shipment, you are advised to follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions for repair service.
The item must be in the original carton and in "like new" condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and R.M.A. included, to receive a refund. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if this criteria is not met.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order purchases, opened videotapes, DVDs, computer disks and software are not refundable once opened unless defective.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns/exchanges.
Fast Shipping
All in-stock items are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the day the order was entered. Notices of any back orders are mailed immediately.

We ship "Best Way "whenever possible. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Express Delivery
For an additional charge, other express delivery services can also be arranged. Email our

Shipping Errors
Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of order.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please do the following:

Keep all packaging materials in the same condition as you received them.

Claims cannot be made if packing materials are missing.

Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPSTM, Postal Service, or other carrier).

Do not ship the package back to AudioPac Communications Company; wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package.

Contact AudioPac Communications Company to report the damage so that we can process a replacement order.
Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective in some way, please call
AudioPac Communications Company for instructions on returning it for replacement. If you have any questions about products or orders, just contact the
