Product Warranty Information

If you receive a new item that is defective in some way, please immediately contact our Return Merchandise Services for instructions on returning it for replacement.
Replacements can be made only if the defective item is returned to AudioPac Communications within 30 days of the original shipment. Defective items returned within the first 30 days will be exchanged with the same item. Defective items returned after the first 30 days will fall under the manufacturer's warranty policies. In the event that 30 days have passed from the date of shipment, you are advised to follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions for repair service. Please see your product's information card to determine which manufacturer you will need to contact. You will need to have a copy of the invoice or packing slip showing the date you purchased the product from AudioPac Communications.
All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. Manufacturer's warranties are provided for the end consumer. Products that fail within the warranty period should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Should you need to verify the manufacturer's address and/or telephone number, contact our Customer Relation Services.
Every item in our product line has been carefully selected to meet your highest expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days after you receive it. Videotapes, DVDs and computer software are not returnable once they have been opened unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
